Payments, portal access, and staying informed.

What is changing on October 1?

Beginning October 1, 2026, Pono Real Estate becomes the managing agent for both the Wailuku Country Estates Community Association (WCECA) and the Wailuku Country Estates Irrigation Company (WCEIC), succeeding Fieldstone Management.

Why did the Board select Pono?

After reviewing proposals, the Board selected Pono, a Maui-based company with an office nearby in Wailuku. The Board looks forward to working with Pono to improve communication, accessibility, and service to the community.

Will my automatic payments carry over?

No. Automatic payments set up through the previous management portal will not carry over. You will need to set up payments for WCECA and WCEIC separately using the new instructions being sent September 22. Please complete your setup before October 1.

What if I pay through my bank or by check?

The September 22 instructions will also explain payments through your bank’s bill-pay service and payments by check. Watch for that email and use the new instructions to complete your setup before October 1.

How will I access the new owner portal?

Pono uses Buildium for statements, payment history, and association documents. Access information will be sent September 22. The website’s portal link is being held until invitations go out; follow the instructions in your invitation when it arrives.

Can I meet the Pono team or get help signing up?

A community town hall is being planned so owners can meet the Pono team, ask questions, and get help signing up. The date, location, and other details will be included with the September 22 instructions.

Will owners receive a printed notice?

Yes. A printed transition notice will be mailed to all lots to help ensure every owner receives the information.

Where will I find updates and new email addresses?

This website will provide transition updates and information about the community, association, and committees, including the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Firewise. Email addresses ending in @wailukucountryestates.org will be used for association business. The new addresses and guidance on which to use will be shared in updates before October 1.

Mahalo for your patience and cooperation as we make this transition together.
